Villa Yemna was designed for large groups. The property brings together eight bedrooms and sixteen beds, a rare capacity for a luxury villa in this category near Marrakech. The 300 square metre main riad holds the living spaces and several bedrooms around a central courtyard, while four independent suites of 60 square metres each offer a quiet retreat apart, with their own private terrace and an open view of the mountains.

This layout suits several families travelling together, or a group of friends who want to share the collective moments while keeping, once evening comes, a genuine private space. Children have room to run in the park, and parents keep their own calm corners.

The main riad is the heart of the estate, with the lounges, the kitchen and the large table where the group gathers for meals. Around it, the four suites work like small self-contained houses: each one has its own entrance, its own private terrace and a clear view toward the Atlas.

This arrangement leaves a great deal of flexibility for a large group in Marrakech. A couple can settle into a suite set apart, a family with children can occupy several bedrooms in the riad, and friends can spread out freely. The villa is rented in its entirety: all sixteen beds are reserved for your group alone.

A large group needs air, and that is exactly what the one hectare park around the buildings provides. Landscaped gardens, an olive grove of 80 trees, a rose garden and date palms create several distinct moods, from a shaded reading nook to wide lawns where children can play.

The saltwater pool naturally becomes the gathering point of the day. Measuring 21 metres by 4.5 metres by 1.5 metres and long enough to swim real lengths, it is bordered by terraces for loungers. Heated on request (£80 per day), it extends swimming into winter. The fire pit draws the group together under the stars.

Bringing together this many people calls for plenty to keep everyone busy, young and old alike. Villa Yemna offers a private floodlit padel court, a private sauna and a fully equipped gym (Pilates Reformer, rowing machine, dumbbells, punching bag), along with a mini football pitch, a ping-pong table and a petanque area.

For the evenings, a 4K video projector turns the lounge into a private cinema. The villa has deliberately left out television, in favour of games, the outdoors and time spent together. Everyone sets their own rhythm, between a morning workout, a nap by the water and a drink facing the Atlas. Hammam rituals can be arranged on request.

Hosting sixteen people without logistics would be a headache. At Villa Yemna, an on-site team takes care of it. Breakfast is included every morning, and the cooks prepare authentic Moroccan menus on request, at around £30 per person per meal. For a special long table, a private chef is available on quotation.

The concierge service handles the rest: grocery shopping, restaurant bookings, excursions (desert trips, golf outings) and airport transfers on request. Daily housekeeping, and laundry on request, free guests from any chores. High-speed fibre covers the entire estate, convenient for groups who mix holiday with a few hours of work. Private parking is available on site.

For a large group to feel at ease, everyone needs a real space of their own. The four independent 60 square metre suites work like private bungalows, each with its own entrance, bathroom and a terrace turned toward the Atlas. The main riad, organised around its central courtyard, holds the other bedrooms and the living rooms where the group comes together.

This variety of sleeping arrangements allows every combination: families with children near the shared spaces, couples in the suites set further apart, a quiet room kept for early risers. Each person returns in the evening to a genuine retreat.

The estate also cultivates a certain art of living. Part of what reaches the table comes straight from the property: olive oil from its 80 olive trees, dates, honey, eggs from our own hens, and seasonal fruit and vegetables. These products feed the meals prepared on site and give the holiday a local flavour that few villas can offer.

The villa enjoys a setting just outside Marrakech, in the calm of the countryside and facing the Atlas, within easy reach of the region’s main points of interest. The golf courses (Royal Golf, Al Maaden) are about 10 minutes away, karting around 15 minutes, La Mamounia roughly 20 minutes, the centre of Marrakech about 25 minutes, and Marrakech-Menara airport (RAK) around 25 minutes.

The estate lies under no flight path: no aircraft noise, only the quiet of one hectare of private gardens. It is ideal for a large group that wants both the closeness of the city and complete privacy.
